Sitota online store is mainly started for motivating Ethiopian based manufacturers, artists and creators as well as the general population to be able to sell and buy their products and creations through the world-wide web. The store allows Ethiopian producers to advertise and sell their products to Ethiopian people as well as the people of the rest of the world.

Sitota also makes the process of online shopping more easy and comfortable for Ethiopian people living overseas. The store is presented in both English and Amharic languages to break the language barrier. The online shopper can use one of the languages to do all the necessary shopping steps.  

Most importantly, in addition to deliveries to Europe and America, we also provide home delivery in major cities of Ethiopia (Addis Abeba, Bishoftu, Awasa, Dessie, Kombolcha, Gonder, Mekelle and Jima). People who live overseas and wish to buy and send a gift for their loved ones living in Ethiopia can easily use our online store. If the address, most importantly the phone number, of the relatives living in Ethiopia is provided, we will deliver your gifts in 3 to 5 days.

Can you ship your products anywhere?

Currently, we are only shipping to:

Ethiopia, Canada, America, Israel and the following European countries:

Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Finland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and Netherlands.

How do you ship my orders?

All products from Ethiopia will be delivered using standard Ethiopian post office air mail whereas all the other products will mainly use Hongkong Post Air Mail and China Post Air Mail.

How long will take for my order to arrive?

If shipping address is in Addis Ababa the order will be delivered in 1 (one) working day

Else where in Ethiopia will be delivered in 3 (three) to 5 (Five) working days.

For shipping outside of Ethiopia, purchases who ship the orders within Ethiopian post office should expect to receive their orders within six (6) to twelve (12) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. Hongkong Post Air Mail and China Post Air Mail usually takes 20 - 60 days.
